RETURNS & WARRANTY

We do not accept any coffee, tea, hot chocolate or comestibles to be returned. This is for health, safety and hygiene reasons. We would not be able to "reuse" the goods returned, it is for investigations only.

It is also up to the customer to make sure they read the confirmation details and make sure everything is correct and what they require is correct. If you have ordered the wrong thing e.g. type of grind, you have one hour from the order placed time, to inform us. Otherwise, it is up to the customer to place another order for the correct order/grind. We are not held responsible for this.

PRICES AND PAYMENT:

All prices are subject to alteration, without notice and goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the date of delivery. Until full payment has been received, all goods supplied shall remain the property of the Company.
